My sister in law and I booked an appointment with Haily (the owner) she was nice, however the professionalism was definitely lacking. When we arrived, ten minutes early, she was getting her extensions installed by another stylist - which was fine, we were early - but she didn’t end up starting us until 15+ minutes after our appointment time. By the end of our appointment, my sister in law’s hair was not what she had asked for at all and Haily said she could come back to get it toned for free in a few days, we paid and left. It’s now been over a week, my sister in law has called/emailed/sent DMs and I also tried to DM Haily. We have yet to receive a response. 2 stars because the salon is cute and clean, but overall very unprofessional from a salon and specifically an owner. Take your busine

I’ve gone to Haily for a long time for my hair and she never disappoints. I literally tell her to do whatever color or cut she thinks I should do and it always exceeds my expectations. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Landrie is the best! Super sweet & always does a great job, love her & her work!
