Please go see HANNAH! I walked in not knowing what to expect. Three days before Christmas, I called for a last-minute reservation and told them I was on my way, and they were happy to take me. I was greeted immediately, and the woman who did my pedicure was incredibly sweet. I’m very particular, but she took her time scrubbing my feet, removing calluses, and truly meeting my expectations. I felt completely relaxed. I’ll definitely be back- not just because she was sweet, but because when I kept apologizing for being so particular and saying I was the problem, her response was so wholesome. She gently grabbed my knee and said, “Stop. No, you’re not.” I would highly recommend this place. It’s cute, clean, and welcoming. I got a spa pedicure and it was well worth it!!!

I moved from Middletown to Highland Mills & needed a new nail place. I came across Chocolate Spa & Nails. I wasn’t too sure about them but I needed my nails done. The guy tried charging me $150, I already had a full set. All I wanted was fills and a design. Thank goodness I went a little cheaper $82 & a couple of days later my nail cracked. I went back for New Years to get 2 nails fixed & the lady drilled my thumb nail way to much twice to the point I jumped it burned. All she kept saying was sorry & I told her she’s drilling to much. She asked if I wanted a new nail & I told her no because I was in a rush. They also don’t completely take off the old nail polish off which drove me crazy! They can NEVER touch me again. This establishment OVERCHARGES and they PRESSURE YOU to pay CASH and TIP them over $10.00 and above. They will make you feel like you aren't on there pay rate if you don't tip them..as if it's considered MANDATORY when you already paid for the SERVICE REQUESTED. Never ever coming back to this place.

Came in August at the end of my pregnancy for a pedicure and I have nothing but compliments. I called ahead to see if the could take me as it was about two hours before closing and they were very friendly on the phone. When you walk in you notice how clean everything is. In person everyone was extremely friendly as well. The best part was the pedicure. One of the best pedicures I’ve ever had and their pedicure menu has so many great choice.

I went to Chocolate Nail & Spa in Monroe last week, and from the moment I walked in, I had a bad feeling. I was greeted politely, but then left waiting for nearly 20 minutes as a walk-in. When I was finally seated for a pedicure, the technician disappeared for another 10 minutes and returned chewing her lunch. The pedicure was sloppy and painful. She didn’t even bother to clean my nails properly—there was still dirt and traces of old red polish visible under the new lighter color. The manicure was no better. My nails were left at visibly different lengths, the sides were not cleaned, and after filing, she immediately put on a base coat that bubbled.
