Wanted to enjoy my’ classic massage’ however the room and the entire salon was without heat! The ceiling air vents were blowing cold air which kept me with a chill the entire massage. The appointment was rescheduled that day due to snow and it would have been appreciated if there were mention of no heat in salon. Massage was relaxing but not exactly what I expected.

She’s incredibly caring, friendly, and personable, making the session feel truly special. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating, and a special shout-out to Vishal for always being warm, welcoming, and extremely friendly with a constant smile on his face. I have to admit, I initially underestimated this location simply because it’s in a strip mall — but from the moment I walked in, I was completely surprised and impressed. The spa is spotless, beautifully maintained, and immediately sets a calm, relaxing tone. The atmosphere feels every bit as tranquil and luxurious as a high-end spa. What I love most is that your entire experience is truly 100% customizable. You can personalize every detail — from the type of treatment, pressure level, and focus areas, to even how much or how little you want your therapist or specialist to engage in conversation. Jazz is absolutely wonderful and 10/10 for services. The facility itself cannot manage appointments made over a month in advance. Melissa rufuses to honor my app made 1/5/26 when i arrived on 2/9 with multiple proof of email and text. Absolutely unprofessional and waste of money for my babysitter. Would not recommend.
