I had an amazing experience at Monaco Med Spa with Dr. Jeanette Barrueta. She performed my fillers and threads, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Her technique is excellent—very precise, natural, and thoughtful. She took the time to explain everything, made me feel comfortable, and the outcome exceeded my expectations. I look refreshed and lifted, not overdone. Highly recommend Dr. Barrueta if you’re looking for beautiful, expert results.

I love Monaco MedSpa! I’ve seen Dr. Barrueta for so many services over the years: injections, laser treatments, Morpheus8, etc. Her consultations are fantastic, because she listens carefully and gives her honest opinion of the pros and cons of each option. She also takes her time with treatments, and I appreciate that she’s such a perfectionist. I’ve had great results across the board and will always keep going back to her and her team!

My partner and I are getting married in a month and had some skin concerns. We went to multiple places in Miami for comparisons as this was our first time looking to get any type of treatment. Every other place we went to was trying to do multiple treatments and charge us 1000’s of dollars which we understood as cosmetic procedures cost money. Monaco was the last place we stopped at before deciding on a service, we sat with Dr. Jeannette an she was very patient and super honest about my finances options, she did not want to perform any type of procedure until he got his acne under control, she was even nice enough to gives us options and write prescriptions for him with a routine. It has been about 3 weeks and his skin looks a lot better and I went in to get Botox which after only a week l

She was fantastic so knowledgeable. I went there for a simple b12 shot and left with so much love. She educated me on so much more then b12 and she is very welcoming. I’m sending my son to her next week we will definitely be back! 100% highly recommend

Dr. Jeannette Barrueta and her front desk team are absolutely amazing! I went in for under-eye filler, and Dr. Barrueta took the time to truly understand my specific needs, explaining everything in detail based on my bone structure.
