I’m beyond furious about my experience at this salon. The pedicurist who worked on me was completely unprofessional and careless. She rushed through the prep, skipped essential steps, and offered zero care or attention. I had a blister on my foot from wearing heels, and I clearly told her to be gentle and avoid the area. Not only did she ignore my request, but she also handled my foot roughly and even sprayed alcohol directly onto the open wound. Are you serious? She had no idea how to do the cat-eye polish I asked for and had to get another technician to show her how. If you don’t know how to do a certain style, don’t offer it! The next day, my foot was severely inflamed because of her reckless treatment. This isn’t just bad service—it’s dangerous. I will NEVER return to this place and

The nail designer—Eli, if I remember correctly—was incredibly patient and really took the time to understand the design I had in mind.
