My daughter and I did a spa day at Modish. Highly recommend! I have been a loyal customer to Serena and Tim for years. I recommend both of these technicians. Always friendly! Always do a great job! Tim takes such good care of my daughter, he is really good with kids. Serena knows me as a customer and what I like. Always makes sure that I leave 100 % happy. NOW! If you want a stellar pedicure, you have to request Tim. He is hands down the best I have ever had. He is the only nail tech, to help with my in grown toe nails. He also is extremely good at actually massaging your legs. It's not a let me lotion you for 10 mins. It's not painful, but the perfect pressure to get relief and I am on my feet all day. Keeping things honest here, I decided to try this place for the first time and I deeply regret it. My nail tech wasn’t very friendly and I really didn’t appreciate him pushing my fingers down and moving my arms repeatedly, he mentioned I was tense and of course I was when you’re not friendly as it is and keep pushing my finger down what do you expect. I have been getting my nails done for years and this have NEVER been an issue nor have I ever had such an awful experience. I wasn’t satisfied with the finished product at all either but I just said it was fine so I could leave as I was so upset and almost burst into tears as it is. I’ll stick to my usual nail salon in QC as it looks like I’ll have to go there anyways for them to correct this.

This salon is so beatiful, organized and clean. Everyone is very friendly. Serena has been doing my nails for years. She is so talented. I always leave with perfect nails every time.

I stopped by for the first time to get a full set of acrylics. I asked for short and round. Multiple times while getting my nails done, the woman got up to help other customers. I understand that they may have been busy but maybe they should have a receptionist to cover the front desk. My nails look so bad and feel thin. My thumb nails look nothing alike and I’ve never seen nails this badly shaped. *pictures for reference* Maybe if the woman actually paid attention to my nails instead of doing everything else, my nails wouldn’t look this bad???
