First time customer here. I was browsing thru my phone which salon that fit on my son specific hairstyle. So this modern salon came through it, called 2 hours before his appointment to see if they’ll have spot for him and they said yes. My teenage son showed them a picture on how he would like his hair done and Eric explained to both of us how his hairdresser (Joe) can do for him and they made it happen.. yay!! Me and my son learned a lot from Eric and his crew about how we can get the look he wanted. The price reasonable better price actually from where we live. How Joe did to my son hair was excellent this afternoon. My son had a big happy smile on his face and I’m of course seeing my son happy made me also happy. My son can’t stop looking to himself in a mirror lol. Thank you to Eric

Came in for a dye no bleach. They put dye all over my scalp not even TRYING to avoid the skin. The lady put the entire bowl of dye on the top of my head and smothered my scalp with it and left the ends undyed. The pain got too much they had to wash it off and ended up dyeing my ends with the dye that washed off from the roots. Very unprofessional and not up to license and standard procedure for dyeing. Is it common knowledge that hair dye should NOT touch the scalp and should be only applied on the roots. My entire scalp is badly chemically burned, leaving me with 10+ open wounds on the scalp. Didn't offer refund or compensation at all and had to call after for refund.

Eric has been cutting my hair for the last 2 years and i've always loved his haircuts! But today, I asked him to do a balayage and he did an amazing job!! The lightened portions of my hair are the same tone from the roots down to the ends and the color came out nicely blended.
