Alexandra was absolutely fantastic! She explained every step of the HydraFacial process, used gentle techniques, and left my skin feeling fresh, clean, and glowing. The treatment itself was relaxing yet effective — I could see and feel the difference immediately. The spa is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. Melissa is truly amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure you get the right treatment, and her patience in listening and truly understanding your needs is what makes her stand out. After several years dealing with skin problems, I was honestly afraid to even try someone new. Melissa asked me to trust her and her experience—and I’m so glad I did.
