Hannah is by far the best at the center. She's such a sweet soul and makes you feel super comfortable! I love our little waxing sessions, she makes it feel like a catch up date if you will lol

I had my first experience and it was amazing how Hanna represented your company. She was nothing but excellent which made it feel very satisfying. I’ll keep asking for her in future appointments.

I absolutely love the waxers here but the front desk ruins the experience and my visits every time. Now i’ve had one or two before that were very sweet, but the rest are beyond rude. Anytime i’ve called regarding my appointments they are always rude, cutting me off, not at all showing any form of hospitality, and hang up on me before I finish my sentence. In person as well, I had called to i for that I was going to be running late and I got hung up on. Then when I showed up they were beyond rude and were telling me how I missed my appointment and didn’t care to hear what I said. They just provided me another time to schedule and dismissed me, not to mention in front of other customers. Again love the waxers but it’s very unfortunate that it gets destroyed with the front desk. :/

Loved this place! So friendly and clean Cassie was amazing!! I live in NYC and was visiting and was very impressed! It was the least painful wax I’ve ever had and we chatted the whole time! I would definitely reccommend coming here and booking with Cassie!

Leigha Always does a great job! Makes me feel comfortable. Always have a great experience in Fleming island.
