I am in pain. The reason it’s 2 instead of 1 is because I received a partial refund after substantial back and forth. We have gone here for pedicures a few times and never had issues until today. Pedicures fine. Kept adding upcharges. Manicure I said I want men’s manicure no polish. Asked if I wanted a “treatment” I said sure. (Part way through I realize they’re adding builder gel). Starts putting on pink polish. At this point I give up. Starts doing a heart design I didn’t ask for (asked for men’s manicure). Redoes it because he wasn’t satisfied with the hearts. Changes design. Never asked for design. Crying in pain every time he insists on putting my nails into the if thing bc my nails are filed so thin. My hands again start burning part way through process. I’m yelping. Vincent has great customer service. Sarah is very personable and sweet. Tom takes his time and makes sure you get what you pay for. Tony is very detail oriented. I have been going here for years and they remember details about what I’ve talked to them about and they notice when I haven’t come in in awhile. Student discount as well!

I came for a gel acrylic and design and wow! can I just say these are the best nails i’ve ever had? the service was amazing and super efficient time-wise, and they looks exactly like my inspo picture!! I paid with cash and got a student discount so price was so amazing for the quality !! I went to Anna after hearing good reviews from another customer and can’t thank her enough!! So so happy, I will be returning!

I have been coming here for a year now, and they are the best! Always do great designs and they are very affordable and quick with it. They also give discounts to students!

This was a poor experience. We asked for a gel manicure. They used an electric buffer, then put the gel on. Nothing for cuticles. They didn’t even push them back so the polish didn’t start at the base of my nail. They spent 15 minutes total and charged $30 plus tip. The upsell was intense as well. It felt like a mill.
