This beauty supply store did not give me a good experience today. I went in to exchange a pack of clip-ins weave that I purchased yesterday for my daughter. The manager spent a lot of time talking about the hair being used. I explained that the hair wasn’t used, it was taken off the welt. He considered that used. I explained that I wasn’t accepting his rebuttal of no return/no exchange. I had the receipt that states in good condition, no return, exchange in fourteen days. After what appeared to be an hour of speaking with the manager, he accepted my offer to charge me 50% off another pack. Obviously still a loss to me, they kept the opened pack. No discretion with the return/exchange policy.

This is the most awesome and best wig store in Middle Georgia. If you’re looking for a wig, they have the largest supply in stock. The service is great, and my mom had been looking for a wig for over a year and we didn’t even know this place was local and existed. Been by it many times and never noticed it. They have wigs of all nationalities or ethnic backgrounds. I am 99% sure you will find the wig you want there. They also have a large variety of anything else like hair attachments, hair products, Beads, braids, etc.

Service here was good. Your greeted when you enter the building and asked if you need help finding anything. That's all a customer needs. John assisted me with finding what I was looking for. He and his associate was very positive with the energy they shared. I'll come to this store again simply because of the positive energy and impeccable service they give to customers.

Justice is amazing! The managers allowed her to work with me when I went to the store with a hair concern. She took me through the process of finding exactly what was needed. She’s precious as well as the team. Great customer service overall!
