I’ve been wanting to have second and third ear piercings done for weeks but didn’t want to go to Claire’s. I wasn’t even aware that Merle Norman stores were in my area but I googled it and found this shop! Michele was AWESOME! I had such a great time chatting with her and she helped me decide on the placement for my third lobe piercing. She was quick and professional and the store was organized and super nice. It’s almost like a little boutique as well. I’ll definitely be back for some cute clothes or shoes!

I had a 4 o’clock appointment to get my 6 month old ears pierced and on the way she had a bad diaper so I sat in the parking lot to get her cleaned and to change her clothes. The owner was aware that I was in the parking lot and proceeds to come out to tell me that she has to leave but she would be back. Okay that’s fine I mean I’m only 10 min late due to having to not only change my daughters diaper but her clothes as well. She then starts coming up with everything saying how it would take her 20 min then it changed to 30. Asking if she was 6 months and giving me a look as if she didn’t believe. Asking me if I had her birth certificate which when I made the appointment no one told me I needed that at the time of appointment. Then she keeps asking what I wanted to do. At this point I’m lik

I love Merle Norman makeup! I've worn it for many many years!! The "ultra powder foundation" is my go-to!! Doubles as a foundation & powder, stays on..no shine! It's also so convenient that they will take your order/payment by phone & mail it to you..order usually arrives locally within 2days.

I love the welcoming atmosphere when you walk in. The owner (I want to say Michelle) always greets you with a smile. She's been so helpful with finding me the right products and colors.
