Mobile Performance Therapy- Centreville

I am currently 35 weeks pregnant with a toddler at home, and I was really starting to feel the physical strain of pregnancy. I am so grateful for Stephanie and my first pregnancy massage. From the beginning, she took the time to explain how the appointment would go and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She expertly worked through the tightness I’ve been experiencing from my job and from carrying my toddler, and I left feeling truly refreshed and relieved. If you’re pregnant, don’t wait until 35 weeks to start pregnancy massages—I only wish I had started sooner! I will absolutely be going back and plan to continue even after pregnancy.

I have been regularly going to Mobile Performance Therapy for over a year. Stephanie has always been fantastic, And now they have a new addition in Krystin who I saw today. She was amazing and I can’t wait to book more sessions with them.

OMG. The massage was everything. I have been experiencing neck pain and lower back pain and Stephanie helped me through it. She explained where and why I was possibly experiencing it and what I can do to help myself. I can not wait until my next visit.

I just left my first appointment with Alli and I can not tell you how absolutely amazing it was! The massage was likely the best I've ever gotten and I didn't even do a full body! It was so great that I booked two more appointments and will absolutely make time for myself to see her at least once a month. I'm so glad I found her! Thank you, Alli!
