Visited Detroit and my spouse had a hard time finding a special curling iron that she needed. After calling multiple places nearby she called here and they had exactly what she needed. Hopped in an Uber and payed them a visit. Sure enough they had it. Good job guys

I found them on the website. Very well stocked for African American hair needs. Customer service was very nice & polite. The cashier helped make sure I had right product for me. I'll be coming here from now on!!

Everything is way to expensive, you can go to the one on Grand River everything is 30 % off, and you won't get followed like a dog ..

I have been going to this beauty supply store for over 20 years, spent good money on hair products as well as wigs, today May, 6, 2024 I stopped by to pickup some hair dye, I said good Morning to proprietor behind the counter, he greeted me back with a smile and hello, I preceded to go to the aisle where the hair dye is stocked( in plain eye site) next thing I noticed he comes in my aisle, like he’s moving around the hair dye products already stocked, I tried to continue to make up my mind as to which color I wanted to purchase, my spirit was put off by his presence, I realized at that point it didn’t matter how long I’ve been shopping there, I was not recognized as a human that deserves to be respected and given the space to purchase what I wanted without being made to feel that I was go

I had a problem with a hair product and lou the owner fixed it she is cool took care of business I am pleased good place to shop and was not rude that's is good customer service 😀👍
