I have recently began going to MN Bodyworks and with the very first session, I have had results and have been going almost weekly. I am so happy to have found Maria, she is an amazing massage & Stretch Therapist and she is the best at what she does. I have not felt this good since I was in my 20's. She introduced me to fascia stretching and it has changed my life. I have better range of motion and flexibility. I walk better and have no aches and pains. I tell everyone how wonderful her therapy sessions are. I go weekly, she is the best medicine. Maria is a gift, I recommend going to see her! You won't be sorry. Thank you Maria.

I can't recommend Maria enough! She has a true gift for making you feel at ease, and I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived. I especially love how she incorporates stretching into her sessions, which makes such a difference in relieving tension. She sends me home with stretches to do between appointments, helping to ease muscle tightness and improve flexibility. If you're looking for a massage therapist who truly cares about your well-being, Maria is the best!

Maria is awesome. My wife Joanne has started with Maria. By her 4th visit she is feeling so much better. Has been a runner for 42 years, triathlete for 10. In 2023 had acdf fusion and a car accident right after that. Has had a lot of cervical pain and really has not been able to do what she loves. Maria has her back on track with her fascia stretching. Maria is very attentive to your needs and truly loves what she does. Truly is the best massage therapist around. I will be going to her next.

Maria is great at her craft. I went in with severe leg pain making it hard to walk, tightness all over, shoulder pain, etc… After spending 1 hour with her, I felt like a new person! No more leg pain, shoulders don’t hurt and a lot more limber! Thank you so much!
