Paula is amazing.. my last chemo treatment was April 2021 and my hair was out of control.. not healthy at ends when it grew back.. she was the first to cut it since 2021.. she did an amazing job.. long layers.. cut approximately 4 to 5 inches off that were gummy and dry.. she gave me great advice... of how to keep it healthy going forward.. she added this product hair fiber on top of my crown to make it look healthier and fuller .. love love !!! definitely going back.. !! she is personable and listens!!!

I've visited three different places in New York and three in Massachusetts, but this one is by far the best. For reference, my hair is just a bit longer than my ear, and I was considering either committing for a short style, or trying for a long style. After some consultation about the options, I can confidently say that Rhonda had my best interests in mind. I was just looking for something simple, so I can just forget about getting a haircut for a few months, but damn. That's the best cut I've had. The other four/five stars are looking like a three. I really thought a long curtain fringe Asian look wasn't possible based on my previous experiences, and it's only $23. Man, I felt bad handing just a thirty for a holy grail I've finally found. You got yourself a stan.

Paula was wonderful! She nailed the color that I wanted my highlights to be and styled my bob expertly! Highly recommend!

I took a chance and found my new hair place! Paula was absolutely wonderful. She listened to exactly what I wanted (balayage coloring and a 4 inch haircut with long layers) and it came out perfectly. I don’t trust people with my hair but this place really deliverered. Highly recommend.

On March 28, 2019 I arrived to my appointment with the owner Kathy of impressions salon for a half a head of highlights. My hairdresser will b moving out of state shortly and I figured it was time for me to start looking into a new one. Once foils were put in and processed it was time to wash my hair. As Kathy was taking the foils out she kept adding bleach to my head again in the sink before washing. Immediately I had a bad feeling. Once my hair was washed I received a fast messy blow dry. I stated that I was not happy with my hair. I thought it looked orange/yellow in certain areas. Kathy proceeded to tell me she did not see what I was talking about. To make matters worse she then asked everyone in the salon if they seen what I was talking about. I felt embarrassed as if she was arguing
