Poor sales service. Sales staff has no direct line for contact, extremely slow to answer emails; sent 3 emails over a week and called into the office 4 times to get any action. Once we received the information and quote by email, no sales person followed-up to see if we had questions or needed samples. Reception is nice enough, but they cannot put you in contact with a sales person.
