This is my second time coming and working with Misa. She's great! She's super gentle and detailed focused. Her nails are always super stylish and cute, so I asked her to do whatever she wanted for nails during this appointment and they turned out great!! Definitely coming back to see her again 😍

Not coming again. After two satisfactory manicures, I expected a similar level of quality, but what I received was unacceptable. The technician assigned to me clearly lacked the necessary skills. My cuticles were left chipped and uneven, and the polish started chipping the very next day. I spent nearly two hours in the salon for just a regular 1 color gel polish with no design, yet the results were far from what I requested. Despite my efforts to communicate my expectations with pictures, the language barrier made it impossible to convey what I needed. When I raised my concerns with the manager, she was dismissive. Her suggestion that I return the next day to fix my nails, risking further damage in the process, showed a complete lack of compassion and concern for customer satisfaction. I

Update-went for nails and Miki was great. Very gentle, precise, and the design came out exactly as the picture. Ayaka did my lashes and did a great job! This was my first time getting extensions and she was very careful and thorough and made good recommendations

I've actually experienced going two whole months without any chipping or lifting, and my nails were still in tact & healthy. It really depends on how well you take care of your nails and protect the gel. While it can get a bit pricey depending on the set you choose, it's absolutely worth it. The nail techs are incredibly talented, dedicated and pay great attention to detail. great ambiance and very friendly. they offer other beaty services as well. I absolutely luv and recommend this nail salon!
