I have been a customer for years since Eva was the owner and sole lash tech, and the quality has gone down tremendously. I have been going every two weeks for refills and each time, it takes less and less time and seems like every time I go, my lashes get more and more scanty. During my most recent and final visit, I explained to Arie, the tech I’ve been using that the pressure she was applying was hurting my eyes. She responded that she wasn’t even pressing down on my eye. She lifted the tape some and asked if it was still hurting. I told her it was too soon to tell. As a lash tech myself, I value professionalism and good customer service something this establishment is seriously lacking. I’ve attempted to reach out multiple times to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, only to be sent straight to voicemail with no response. There are plenty of empty tables and availability, so there’s no reason paying customers shouldn’t be accommodated. Things happen, and flexibility should be part of the service, especially at the prices they charge.I was also once scheduled for an early appointment, arrived on time, paid for parking only to find that staff hadn’t even arrived yet. I have been going there for a few years, but today I was very disappointed with the service after paying $140. I made my appointment for 3 PM, and while she was halfway through my lash application, she decided to take a walk-in client for a lash tint. This left me waiting at the table for a long time. She rushed to finish my lashes and never apologized for taking time away from my appointment. The results of my lashes are not good. I believe it's disrespectful to take on two clients at once, especially for a walk-in. Her name is Jessica.

Love absolutely love my lashes. ARIE is always on point. Lashes look beautiful everytime. She is also very gentle with removal.

The bad experience begins with the walk up the outdated stairs, reminiscent of your grandmother's 70s/80s attic. Inside, the "studio" feels cheap, lacking even a visible sink. Still, I gave it two chances for a lash lift due to the convenience of its location. The first time, the technician was okay with her service but left my lashes brushed in different directions and permed them at a ridiculous sharp crease at a 90-degree angle. I had to use my eyelash curler at home to attempt to soften the crease (defeating the purpose of getting a lash lift in the first place). The second time, a surly technician barely acknowledged me, seemed annoyed to stop scrolling her phone, and didn’t appear to sanitize her hands.
