I am a relatively new patient of the clinic. I am extremely impressed with Dr. Rachel Westbay and her staff. They are knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. Dr. Westbay herself is skilled and patient and has thus far produced excellent results. I have been to many NYC dermatologists and plastic surgeons and am so happy I found Dr. Westbay (via another satisfied patient). I look forward to further treatments with her.

I made an appointment through Zocdoc, and one of the customer care representatives called me to get the information; however, during the call, while I tried to give her the information when we reached the stage of giving her the address, I told her that I was from Newark city. She asked me to stay on the line, and suddenly she hung up the line; I waited for a few minutes, and I thought she might be going to call back; then I tried to call back the same number to explain what is happened. Another customer care representative I spoke to has not even apologized for what had happened, and she was so rude. Marmur Medical is by far one of the best dermatology offices I've ever been to. I just recently had Mohs Surgery with Dr. Berliner and I can't rave more about her. Her bedside manor, personality and expertise really helped calm me during the procedure. She explained everything that she was doing during the procedure and made sure I was comfortable. This was my first time having Mohs Surgery, and I'm so happy that I went to Marmur Medical!

I was sliced, cut open, and left with a mark that is right in the middle of my face. Zero concern for my well-being, nothing that was done to me was necessary. I paid 800 to gain some confidence and was sliced open, these pictures are from 7 months after “Jennifer “ decided to cut my open and stitch me like a rag doll. They didn’t spend more than 2 seconds before slicing me. My life is destroyed, all because I wanted to get some teen scars looked at.
