MIYU Beauty & Wellbeing - Falls Church

Miyu is a *gorgeous* studio space--serene, inviting, and cocooning in the best ways--with terrific classes and instructors, and a wonderful, really uniquely wide range of offerings. There's terrific mat pilates, a range of yoga styles, small-group reformer pilates, sound baths, even aerial yoga, and allllll kinds of fun workshops! Feels like a beautiful little escape from the hectic rush of the area. I love taking classes and workshops here...so much so that I became an instructor about a year ago, and have felt so embraced, uplifted and supported by the owner and teaching and student communities. My first time at Miyu! I came for a workout event and decided to book a nail service and I’m so glad I did. Everything was super clean, and Melanie was incredibly detailed and gentle, really taking care of my nailsThe space is relaxing, and the workout area is gorgeous. I’m excited to come back and try more classes here. Definitely returning soon!

Been going here for over a year for yoga classes and today just tried a gel mani and loved the whole experience! Going to give some background, but a year ago I began my search to find the perfect studio that fit my needs and after trying over 10 different places, I just knew Miyu was it for me. The ambiance, the energy, the instructors, the flow, it was everything I was looking for and more! The front desk ladies are also all so kind and welcoming! For yoga, I highly recommend Jess’ classes for an amazing flow and Jordan’s intermediate-advanced class for an extra challenge! Today I got a gel mani with ShaJuane and she was awesome! Enjoyed my first beginner’s Pilates class with Spencer. Spencer is a lovely teacher who thoroughly explained what the tools are to me before the class starts. Staff members (phone call & reception) were very kind and accommodating. Nail care was done well too. I’ll keep going back for more sessions! Thank you for the superb services! :)

I came to Miyu for the first time today and really enjoyed my visit! Love the intimate space and how caring they are on your natural nails. I haven’t been anywhere like it and look forward to coming back.
