I’ve been to this salon three times since they opened. My first visit was amazing—May-Lin did my nails and they looked great. 2nd time was okay. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the complete opposite. I came in for a fill and had the worst experience. The man who did my nails was extremely rough and the final result looked completely botched. I asked for a shape change from almond to coffin, and instead he filed my nails down without giving me the coffin shape at all. He also left my previous color (red) showing on the sides of several nails, and the lengths are noticeably uneven. The photos were taken the next day, and as you can see, the quality is unacceptable. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

I let them know these were my wedding nails. They were rough and cut my cuticles multiple times and kept going back over it with the tool, when I would react I was told to stop moving (my cuticles visibly were bleeding). I had to keep asking for the tech to fix shape and length of nails.

Amazing atmosphere, the technicians make sure they understand what you want. Amazing colors to choose from. And got treated great!! Had eyebrows done too!

Today, I did the head spa experience (the lowest tier which was 100$) it was worth every penny! I had a great experience with yo-yo. The atmosphere was very relaxing, and I literally fell asleep. I will definitely be back and requesting her again. She made the experience great for me

I have waited so long for the place to open and it was so worth the wait. Julie was amazing and made my pedicure feel wonderful and very relaxed. My advice is make an appointment, enjoy and relax!! Wonderful new addition to Westchester Commons, can’t wait to come back!
