I hate to do this but I must. I purchased a massage on Groupon and was so excited to finally get some relief. I called and left a message on Friday and was called back on Saturday. I received a voicemail stating that she would not accept the Groupon as payment and now I have to go to Groupon to get a refund. I have contacted Groupon and they are "investigating" the situation because MiTime has set their voucher as non-refundable. After an hour on chat with Groupon, I am still waiting to see if the merchant will grant the refund which could take weeks to get, if at all. Something that I thought was going to be stress-free has turned into a whole ordeal trying to get my money back.

I appreciate how well she listened to my requests and focused on the areas that needed relief. I feel so much better since the massage and I will be sure to return to maintain feeling this great.

Absolutely one of the best massages I have ever had! The hot stone add on was amazing as well! She listens to your concerns and pays special attention to areas that you ask for! I will definitely be back!
