will never be back, terrible experience, these look nothing like what i asked for and look nothing like the inspo pic i showed. i booked chinese style ($130) because i like my lashes to have well defined spikes like the photo online showed, there was BARELY any consultation/communication throughout the appointment. i was worried because she didn’t give me any details on what she was doing (lash style, curl level/length, etc) before she told me to lay down. when i asked, i was met with only one word replies. the technician told me she was going to change my lashes to thai style but didn’t think it was important to disclose that it would change the price to $170? i didn’t feel at all relaxed or comfortable during the appointment — I couldn’t fully close my eyes because the tape was taped w

I had a Pola facial at this beauty spot and it was great! The staff were super friendly and professional, and the cozy vibe made me feel relaxed. My skin looked amazing after the treatment - soft, bright, and healthy. I felt totally pampered and happy.

This little spa is very conveniently located, right across the street from MSG/Penn Station. I had my lashes done for a wedding and they look totally fab. The lash technician was very accommodating, she obliged my request to only have one extension per each of my own lash. They look like they are my own lashes and it looks amazing. They also offer facials and at the moment have an annual membership offer that allows unlimited facials for a year. It’s a great value especially in Manhattan.
