Not dependable at all. Swatsy suggested to text for appointments, but she doesn't reply. She did at first, but no longer. She stated that she prefers texts because she can respond at her convenience. I know she's not that busy to not reply at all!!! TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL I definitely won't reach out again. In response to your reply....no I don't understand. You respond only if you want and that's awful business. My name is in your data base. I also have the texts that I sent to your phone. 1st time you apologized claiming that you went out of town and a concert was in D.C so you were busy. There is no excuse for you not responding at all the 2nd time, which was in late Oct. Conduct as a business and stop providing excuses. Thats lame!
