The Owner or whomever this was charged my debit card 60.17$. After the fact of me telling him I didn’t want any of the air spray he was selling. Then he told me I can give 10$ back cash. Even before the service of my eyebrows getting done. I just told him I want my money back. I was real respectful with him and talked calmly and clearly to him with everything. I can’t still ppl trying to pull a quick on folks. Everything he selling there I can go online and get it for cheaper. Taking advantage of ppl . Never any more service from me.

I have been coming to this salon multiple times for eyebrow threading and have always had a good experience, but my visit yesterday, March 8, 2025, was disappointing. I went in at 5pm, and although the sign says they close at 6pm, it was clear the staff was ready to leave. We were the last two customers, and the service felt rushed. They immediately closed and left as soon as we walked out the door, which made it feel like my service was rushed. Unfortunately, I woke up this morning with my left eye all cut up from the threading. This has never happened before, and I am very concerned about the quality of service I received. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers receive careful and attentive service, regardless of the time of day.

I went today Nov. 13, 2025 and it was a good experience my eyebrows came out nice, and I asked if she could do an under arm wax and she did a good job. I had never gotten that serivce done and it was a good first experience

I hate my eyebrows, she made them so uneven!! I’m so mad and embarrassed!!! I hate it so much!!! Don’t come here!!

I want to give them 5 stars for excellent service and beautiful work. I get my eyebrows done here and they always do a GREAT job! However, be prepared to be accosted and harassed relentlessly by the male to buy hair products or lotions after you get your threading done. He does not take no for an answer. He makes coming here very uncomfortable for me. Today, he wasn’t there and I couldn’t be more relieved! It was awesome to be able to walk in and out without the hard sell or guilt trip after.
