Liz is amazing! My lower back had become so tight during the past few weeks that routine movements were painful. I tried stretching and strengthening exercises, muscle relaxants, and heat treatments, but nothing helped. That changed immediately thanks to Liz. After an invigorating massage therapy session, I walked away pain free, energized, and with enhanced flexibility. She is a consummate professional, and I can say without hesitation that she is the best massage therapist I have ever encountered. Keep in mind my body took a pounding during my 29 years of military service, and I have been to more than my share of professionals in her field. Simply put, Liz is the best!

For me, her deep tissue work, which I primarily go for, is one of the best I’ve ever had. If you need such work done, and you’re not afraid of a little pain, I highly recommend her.

OMG! Liz is the best massage therapist out there. She is very strong and puts so much care in releasing all the tension in your muscles.
