⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Keep in mind the parking lot was theirs, and I inquired about parking, ahead if time, I also inquired about the tables weight capacity, and services prior to me going to the location. I also want to emphasize that they have one masseuse per individual, So if you do arrive slightly early, the technicians might be either cleaning up from their previous service or getting things prepared for your service so keep in mind to exercise a little Patience, I would like to add for you to be vocal with how much pressure you like on your massages. This will be a long one but unfortunately the disappointments stacked up. I had gotten a couple massage + facials for my partner and I for Christmas and set it up for this past weekend. Coming in and getting set up was fine, however once everything started it just went downhill. Facial felt rushed and even rough at times. One of the women’s phone kept getting notifications and then at some point the one lady changes the music with Alexa. I’m also pretty sure the one doing my facial was on her phone at some point as it sounded like she was watching videos. They would come and go out of the room…which was highly concerning when I cannot see due to the mask on face and I’m laying there practically naked. We would be left for extended periods. I booked a couples massage for Valentine’s Day for me and my boyfriend. From the moment we were greet it was not friendly not even a smile. I then entered the room to undress and the began the “Facial”. The applied some cold cream to our faces which burned. Then they put a face mask and a hot towel over our faces for 20 mins. Mind you while all this was happening the two girls were whispering and talking and in and out of the room. At one point they had the door wide open. The lady put oil on my arms and proceeded to barely touch my arm like rub the oil around and she was not present as she was on her cellphone the whole time. It did not feel like a massage, more like somebody rubbing in cream all over my body. The lady kept lifting up the blanket and my chest was exposed. I felt the exact same after the appointment except I was oily. The facial was not even a facial, she just put on masks after masks.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the couple massage service I received this evening at 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, it was the worst massage experience I have ever had. From the beginning, the masseuses were talking to each other throughout the entire session, which was highly unprofessional and completely disruptive. At several points, it was evident that my masseuse did not know what she was doing and appeared to be seeking guidance instead of confidently providing the service. There was absolutely no continuity, no flow, no technique, and no understanding of body work. The massage felt disorganized, inexperienced, and careless.
