MiniLuxe Seaport

I stopped by the Vinamilk x MiniLuxe pop-up at Seaport and had such a wonderful experience. It was my first time trying Vinamilk, and I instantly understood why it is such a beloved brand in Vietnam. Their sweetened condensed creamer is incredible, especially in coffee. It makes the drink so smooth, rich, and balanced without being overly sweet. I’ve honestly never had my coffee taste that good with any other creamer. The MiniLuxe team created a warm, relaxing atmosphere that made the whole event feel special and thoughtful. You could feel the care behind every detail. This pop-up was a beautiful way to start the holidays, and I hope they host more events like this. Highly recommend trying Vinamilk if you love good coffee.

I went in for a builder gel manicure and while the tech was super nice, she couldn’t get the gel to set after 3 different attempts so she had to file off all of the color which not only tore up my nails/cuticles (with small cuts) but then took off/cracked most of the builder gel which the tech did not fully reapply. Was there for 2 hours and 20 mins for a wonky gel manicure. When I told the owner what happened she said “sorry, you’re all set” which I assumed meant they were comping the whole thing but nope! Still charged for a gel manicure. Just seems like really poor customer service after the ordeal. Would absolutely avoid this place.

Don't go here to get any kind of fake nail removed!!! I have had 2 back to back terrible experiences at Miniluxe, first with dip removal then with builder gel removal. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a relaxing and pleasant experience, and Miniluxe has made it into a disaster for me multiple times. Their technicians are so pressured to stay on time in time slots that are just too short for the service. They're forced to take shortcuts. They are either uneducated on proper removal techniques or too rushed to do things the right way, and it shows. They burned me with the drill by pressing too hard, drilled almost all the way through my natural nail bed on almost all my fingers, and after my most recent appointment, left my nails completely botched and painful. Seriously one of the worst nail experiences I’ve ever had. If you see my reviews, I rarely give one star, but I do with this one. The technician didn’t even bother to file my nails evenly—every shape is inconsistent. There was hair stuck in one of my nails, and they didn’t clean up the polish or remove my cuticles properly. I've also added massage, but the technician literally touched my hand for ten seconds and that was it. The photos show my nails right after the appointment, so there’s no excuse. I honestly wish I could get a refund. There’s clearly no quality control here.

In town just for the weekend, they manage to see me right away without an appointment, my manicurist was amazing and did a great job with my nails. I wish my city had a MiniLuxe salon.
