The place is very clean and well-organized, and I really loved it. So far, this is the best place I’ve done my nails since I came to the US. Tina did my nails and she was amazing, definitely recommend trying her!

Great customer service and so detailed and careful - my last set before this lasted five weeks. Tara did an amazing job with my French manicure today and my nails are the best they’ve ever looked. Her prep was so good someone asked me if I got a Russian manicure. So worth the money and so happy with my nails.

I visited MiniLuxe in late August for a signature manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, the nail tech was unable to evenly paint my nails. I repeatedly noticed mistakes that needed correcting (streaks, bubbles, and uneven strokes), and I still found more once I got home. I reached out to MiniLuxe Fenway multiple times via email to resolve the issue and request a potential refund (since I had to get my nails repainted), but I never received a response. I normally don’t like leaving negative reviews without first giving a business the chance to address my concerns, but after several weeks with no reply, I felt it was important to share my experience. I was very disappointed with the service and would not recommend going—especially since there are more affordable options nearby.

This was one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve had, especially considering the prices and reputation of MiniLuxe. I got a gel manicure, and the polish chipped after only three days. Gel is supposed to last weeks, not days. The polish also wasn’t applied all the way to the cuticle, so my nails looked sloppy almost immediately. MiniLuxe’s own fix policy states that gel services are covered for 7 days and performance polish for 5 days. When I called, I was explicitly told my nails would be fully repainted. Based on that, I drove 30 minutes each way and paid for parking to come back. Hands down my favorite salon in the greater Boston area. I stumbled into MiniLuxe Fenway a few months ago when I needed a last minute manicure before an event. I’ve been going almost weekly since then, and it’s the only place I’ll go from now on. Impeccably clean, super friendly staff, always efficient and running on time, and most importantly, consistent results every time. I always schedule with Lilly, who is meticulous and does beautiful work. The manager, Maliha, is beyond friendly and is so well-organized and helpful. I’m genuinely relieved that after years of searching for a reliable salon in the area, my search is over!
