I love this place my favorite nail tech is dulce/pame amazing work and great prices all my nail sets always last me 2-3+ weeks highly recommend.

I got my nails done on Friday. It is Wednesday and already a nail popped off . ( I have been taking care of my nails and avoiding doing dishes etc.) I am disappointed for the price they didn’t even last a week! I lt was my first time and I won’t be back . Please, go somewhere else

I am very delayed in writing this, but I started going here per the recommendation of a coworker. I have been requesting Sephoran (prob butchered the spelling on her name). She does incredible work!! On average expect about 2 hours with her, because she wants to make sure her work is perfect and you’re satisfied with everything! Attached are the past designs I’ve had her do/try on me since I’ve been coming to this salon. I only had one nail fall off (because before I saw her I was anxious and ripped it really short, so there wasn’t much surface area to work with)! I almost didn’t want to write this review because now I’ll have to fight for an appointment slot with her 🤷🏻‍♀️

don’t like giving a 1-star review, but I had a very bad experience with the staff. Their customer service was not good at all. When I asked if they could apply a top coat, they told me they don’t carry any top coat, which is very strange for a nail salon. I also asked for cat-eye nail polish, but the staff didn’t know how to do it. It really felt like they were not properly trained. On top of that, another friend of the employees was making jokes about another customer, and the manager didn’t do anything about it. That was very unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. I honestly think the government should check whether employees have proper nail-tech certifications or if they’re just working without qualifications and charging customers.
