Mineral Barber Shop

Was looking for a new barber after my long time barber passed away. Saw Mineral Barber Shop online and it looked old school. Got my hair cut here today for the 1st time. Ms. Becky did a great job and was very friendly and personable. Reasonbly price, great atmosphere. Highly recommend.

I am so sad that I brought my son here to get this haircut… I read the reviews and they all seemed fine, my son just turned 2 and acts just like almost any other 2 year old when they get their haircut. He was crying, the woman cutting his hair kept raising her voice at him telling him to “ be quiet” “quit crying” “I can scream louder than you” she even SMACKED him on his shoulder. I was appalled!! She had no patience for him at all… at the end she said thank god that I gave him a sucker because she definitely wouldn’t have given him one after his haircut. So sad that someone thinks they can treat a TWO year old like that…. I will NEVER come back to this place.

Wow, great haircut and really friendly folks here. Good hours for stopping by, closed Sunday and Monday. Even used a razor to get the hair on my neck. Can't say enough good things about this barber.

I came in today for my son’s first hair cut. I was there for all of 5 minutes and the female Barber sculled at my son over some checkers that fell on the floor No sir, you don’t play with toys like that” first off they fell on the floor 2nd he just turn 2. Her was doing absolutely nothing wrong! I didn’t like how she talked to my son over doing absolutely nothing but playing with some checkers that fell on the floor. I walked out since I didn’t feel she would be able to have patience with him.
