TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I went to this nail salon for a nail service and had an absolutely horrible experience. The woman who worked on my nails was extremely rude throughout the entire appointment. I had acrylic nails, and instead of removing them properly, she ripped them off using a metal cuticle nipper, which was very painful. My nails were left red, sore, and damaged. This was unsafe and unprofessional. From the beginning, I clearly specified that I wanted delicate coffin-shaped nails with a specific length, showing exactly how long I wanted them. Despite this, she cut them extremely short, without asking and did whatever she wanted, completely ignoring my request. It's been a long time since I've had my nails done but felt the need before a wedding trip. I wanted blue French tips but knew color tips aren't really an option at this point. Got color change nails and i ended up with the blue tips i wanted as long as my fingers were warm. Solid blue when cold. Very satisfied.

Had a 10am appointment with Annie. She arrived promptly and got started right away on my pedicure. Took her time, did not rush. I would definitely return!

I asked for a fill and then was told u couldent get a fill beacues i had "colored dip" witch was not true its the same as the regular acrylic then she rips them off with some metal spatula and ripped my pinky nail off my nail bed then acted like she didn't and had me move to a different nail tec who painted them extremely clumpy and messy

This place is awful. Have tried probably 10 times to make an appointment and every time they tell me they have no appointments. I should have known better but I tried once more, finally got an appointment and when I walk in they tell me it will be at least 25-30 minutes past my appointment time before they get to me. They’re always so unbothered by their horrible customer service. Don’t waste your time and drive to Short Pump to get a decent pedicure.
