I recently contacted Mindful Wellness to schedule a lymphatic drainage massage. Jacky was booked so far in advance (a sign a good masseuse) that it wouldnt work out for me. Instead of trying to book me, she referred me to another masseuse that could do what I needed. I like working with people with a high moral compass.
I have been experiencing soreness and pain in my neck and shoulder for weeks. I am feeling much better tonight after my massage from Jacky today. My range of motion is improved as well. I should have done this sooner!
