Mindful Waters

I visit Mindful Waters a few times a week to use the cold plunge and sauna. Amy, the owner, is an absolute sweetheart who goes above and beyond to make each visit special. She always greets you with a warm smile and genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Her staff is equally friendly and attentive. I’m grateful for this place—it feels like a workshop, offering everything you need to achieve the balance of body and mind. Highly recommend!

Mindful Waters is an excellent float center. Bright and stylish lobby and an excellent staff. Every float center should have as welcoming a vibe as this. Three float tanks, two regular sized and one extra wide. Most impressive to me is that they are using peroxide and UV light to manage the water as opposed to chlorine(bleach). I brought a friend who had never floated before so I really needed the intro to be above average. We got an excellent tour from Abbie and it was exactly what I was looking for. The personality of the person that introduces you to your first float is very important and Abbie displays an excellent example of how it should be done. Convenient parking, you walk in and instantly smells amazing, fresh and calming. Great place with amazing offerings! Full body scans, modern ice bath, saunas (gorgeous) beautiful modern showers for after the sauna. This place is worth the travel from Hudson Valley area or if you’re in Rockland/Bergen area you have to visit!!!

I recently signed up for the daily cold plunge membership at Mindful Waters, and I’m absolutely loving it! The facilities are incredibly clean and well-maintained, which makes every visit a pleasure. The place has such amazing vibes—from the soothing scents to the inviting atmosphere and beautiful decor. Most importantly, the people here are just wonderful. I am always greeted with a heartwarming smile, and they are happy to answer any questions I have regarding their services, philosophies and more. Mindful Waters offers a variety of services that can truly revamp your day and uplift your spirit. I can’t recommend this place enough!

There is a lot of trendiness in the wellness space, but Mindful Waters focuses on evidence based treatments of the highest quality. You come here because you care about your whole being, and want only the best for it. Mindful Waters has exceptional service that will always make sure the experience is top notch. Everything is meticulously maintained and CLEAN. Yes capital clean. Services are private and so you actually feel like you are in your own home. Not an easy thing to accomplish, so kudos for maintaining this despite growing and having more Patrons. It's a wonderful community as much as it is a private. There are also great events and always someone or something new to experience on a weekly basis.
