Unfortunately inconsistent - second time now my attendant was on the phone through the whole session texting and distracted. Really unfortunate to go in for something that should be relaxing and leave more miffed and uptight. They have some really talented attendants; and others that should probably find other jobs.

Had an amazing massage the other day, and when I tell you it was a really great massage, it was indeed a really good massage! I almost fell asleep on the table it was so relaxing haha (edit: I wrote this after I got a reply, but what I say still stands!)

my aunt comes here all of the time, and has had great experiences, so coming for a visit to NJ meant we had to stop in and my first experience here was by far the best massage i've ever had, done by lisa. she was attentive, focused, and so nice. lisa is fantastic and i have to set her aside from the rest of my review. that great experience before was however? nothing like today. today was my second visit, and by far the WORST massage i've ever had, done by Lola. to start the massage she asked me if i liked a harder massage to which i responded, "not really, i have a neck injury". taking nothing i said into account, she proceeded to dig her thumbs into my neck, without any care or technique, leaving me sore, and uncomfortable the entire time despite here and there mentions of discomfort. bu
