Melissa is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I go every week and always leave feeling amazing. I recommend Melissa to everyone looking for a massage. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she is also so kind and always makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Her prices are also super affordable especially if you make the massages part of your budget. The location also can’t be beat since close to downtown and has an ample amount of parking (for free). I suffer from advanced arthritis in my lower back and tailbone and am usually very nervous about allowing someone to touch me in those tender areas. Melissa's deep tissue massage has changed my life. I am able to function nearly pain-free for an entire month afterward. If you are as skeptical, or nervous, as I was, please give Melissa a chance. She does a full assessment before every massage, so she understands where she needs to concentrate her efforts, as well as the areas where I need her to be extra gentle. I honestly can't ever see myself not having an appointment on her calendar at least every 4 or 5 weeks.

Melissa is wonderful. I had a lower back problem that had been getting worse for years - had tried other massage therapists, chiropractors, etc., without relief. She identified it, worked on it, and it was better after the first visit - and it has continued to improve as I have continued to see her. She's a calming presence, as well. I've been to a lot of massage therapists - and I put her among the very best.

I've had countless massages in my life; single spa visits, long-term therapists, etc. - along with every type; Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and so on. By far, Melissa is the very best - both in practice and in bedside manner. Melissa is incredibly kind, laid back, knowledgeable, and passionate about her work. But most importantly, she is genuinely concerned with the health and care of each client. She also loves and regularly volunteers in the community, which speaks volumes as to the quality of her character. She never rushes and tries to be flexible whenever possible. And bar none, her prices are the most affordable in Athens! Go see her...you won't regret it.

Melissa is amazing! She is so kind, makes you feel comfortable and is so passionate about her work. The space is so relaxing, you are guaranteed to fall asleep as soon as you’re on the table.
