Mindful Massage

I received a massage from Jessica about 2 weeks ago, and it was one of the best massages I have ever experienced. Her workspace is inviting and cozy, and she provided immediate relief for my back and shoulders. I will certainly return for another session.

Jessica Eddy-Rowe is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had( I’ve been getting regular massages for 25 years,and owned a day spa for 7 years). Jessica takes the time to get to know your body,and you as an individual so she can help you to relax and reset. I see her weekly,as she has a really great introductory rate right now. Her place is cozy,quiet and very zen! My appointments at Mindful Massage are one my favorite parts of my week ❤️. You should book with her right away,don’t wait!

I've had tons of massages over the years and I had one of the most amazing massage from Jessica today!!💆‍♀️ The massage was fantastic! I had the best nap once I got home. The room was very cute and relaxing. The massage table was very comfortable. Very reasonable pricing. I will for sure be coming back to see Jessica!

Jessica is a very skilled massage therapist who I’ve been seeing for over a year. She’s talented at working out the knots and getting to the root of the problem I’m having whether it’s my neck, back or hips. Her space is so relaxing and inviting you feel at ease as soon as you walk in the door.
