Mindful Garden, Massage Yoga Meditation Acupuncture

Did the spa day for two and loved it! Such great service and a good price, I was surprisingly impressed with the aqua massage!

I’ve been going to Lauren for years for my shoulders and neck. When I heard she was working at Mindful Garden I had to go in for another round of acupuncture. She’s very friendly and welcoming to everyone when they first come in. Professionally she is great at adjusting treatment to your comfort level and your current needs or ailments. Personally my shoulders feel relaxed for weeks after treatment, and I will likely be going back soon! I’d recommend her treatments to anyone looking for acupuncture, both those that have received it before and those that are new. She makes it comfortable and she caters really well to those that are new and takes things at a speed that makes it easy and relaxing for anyone.

For several months, I have gone to Mindful Garden and I plan to continue every month. I am welcomed with a lovely cup of tea, warm compress for my back and shoulders in a calm and soothing atmosphere. I put my body through a lot of physical stress throughout the week and when I go in to see Joe he listens to my needs and works out my knots, muscle pain and tightness. My headaches are almost nonexistent and I have never slept so well as I do after my massage. Thank you Joe Herges and Mindful Garden

I had a massage with Beth last week and it was amazing! I will be scheduling another in the future. Beth made me feel super heard and it was extremely comfortable. They gave me a warm compress to use when I first got there to help relax my muscles and they offered me different teas to try if I wanted. The studio itself is beautiful I love the natural wood floors and the beautiful tree in the center of it!
