Brand-New Nails & Alterations

My wife was unable to walk- in at two locations, until she came here. They were hospitable, and immediately had her and a friend seated, with coffee and tea, awaiting service. They were professional and there were patrons who were present who had been customers for over sixteen years! That speaks volumes. Their equipment was clean and sanitary, as well. They were quick and well- priced(no surprise charges!). They accept credit cards, as well as tips, on credit cards. Also, they are involved in alterations although we have yet to explore this service of theirs. If we require assistance with alterations, we will give them an opportunity. The only thing that could be changed, is that they could update their furnishings.

Ian and Nancy are the best!! I went in yesterday for my monthly nail appointment and they always know how to get me right! My son had come with me and they also treat him like family ❤️ if you are in need of a laugh, beautiful nails and a place that feels like home. This is the place to go!

HORRIBLE experience! I brought my 14 year old sister to get her nails done for her birthday. The guy cut her skin with the nail filer & glued her nails to her nailbed. They were all very rude about it & they did not take it serious at all. The guy said she was “fine” & did nothing about it. It took a week for the skin around her nails to heal. I also got my nails done. They were very thick & uneven. The polish job was also bad. Would NOT recommend.

The couple that owns this place are so kind and I felt very welcomed when I arrived. I have been to many nail salons where I was in and out. I can tell owners here want to know their customers and provide great services as well. My nails look great!! I 100% will be returning!

Went to Brand-New Nails for mani-pedis with my friend to prepare for my wedding. It was a lovely experience and the staff were all so friendly and welcoming. My nails look great and it was fairly fast! Will absolutely come again!
