Cat is the most intuitive and effective massage therapist I have ever worked with, after decades of trying many different therapists. She has deep physiological knowledge of the body, extensive training, and the ability to listen with her hands as well as her ears. She works fluidly across multiple modalities including eastern and western practices, all tailored to specific needs for that session. I followed her from Indigo Physiotherapy after they closed and honestly would follow her anywhere. She is a true healer. Highly recommend.
