Had the most amazing Reiki Facial with Jennifer today. I have had other facials in my life but this was my first Reiki one. What a way to end the facial. I felt so different in such a wonderful way. My head is always spinning and I don’t sleep well and I wanted to try something different. I am so glad I did and this will now become my quarterly facial to reset my mind. Thank you Jennifer. You are truly AMAZING!!!

Had cleansing facials done as a girl's outing and it was very enjoyable. Jen was able to educate us on our skin's needs and products. The price of the facial was a great value. I would definitely come back!

Slippers, soft music, and heavenly spa scents greeted me on arrival. The spa was super cute and the staff was friendly. Petite space with vast services. Erik did a great job on my massage. Asked all the right questions and made the experience personalized. Would highly recommend and will be going back.

Amazing!! My sister and I had a wonderful full spa day with Erik and Jen. There aren’t many places around to do larger spa packages. Wow was it perfect. Jen even added a quick lip and eyebrow waxing for me. 10/10 recommend.

Erik was absolutely wonderful! I had both a massage and mud mask body wrap with him. He is very knowledgeable, but also so personable. I highly recommend Mind Body & Skin to anyone looking for a relaxing and inviting experience.
