Siciliano Salon

Not too long ago I did schedule an appointment in this salon, because most of the reviews were positive. However my stylist who I don't remember her name wasn't good at all. I got there and all was good til she started working on my hair first, she did wash my hair just once😠. Then I explained how I wanted my hair cut, that it was pretty simple I said cut all my hair straight and cut around 4 inches. I don't have a bang, but my forehead hair was shorter than the other so I said I also want to cut 2 inches of it so she cuts my hair then she gets the hair dryer to start drying my hair so I said you don't going to cut the few inches in front, so she says so sorry (She was just talking and talking and doing questions that she forgot what she needed to do. WHEN people and special my self go to

Could not been any better. I am now a regular customer and I had my family go there because the people there are amazing. The hairstylists are all professional and know what they are doing. The place is quite and clean all the time even, and even tho the space is limited they have a nice waiting area. Easy to book appointments and their customer service is legit. I would recommend it over a lot of hair salons in West Springfield.

Yim is the best. I adore her for her great cuts and diverse services. You won't be sorry for going to this Salon, I have been to many salons ( Trends, Puffers, etc) but I've never been so happy that I changed.

I cannot express enough how happy I was with my services at Siciliano Salon. Jasmine is an angel and if you aren't seeing her for your hair you are missing out! She genuinely cares about what you want as a client, but also wants to make sure your hair stays healthy! She also somehow managed to cut my hair and make it look longer! I have already made my next appointment. 10/10.

Love Siciliano Salon! Yvette is amazing and so talented. She gets exactly what I am looking to do and works with my hair to achieve the look. And it lasts as it grows out! That is a true testimony on how well she cuts hair.
