Mind Body Massage

I was really excited about the massage I scheduled based on reviews from others, but it was subpar at best. I was not greeted when I walked in, I introduced myself and said I was there for an appointment. Andrea walked my back without saying because she was chewing a nutbar. I told her my problem areas (neck, shoulders and hips). She didn't work any knots out of my shoulders. She didn't check in at all during my 90 minute massage. I asked to her adjust the pressure which she did until she moved to the next area and then went back to using light pressure. I walked out still feeling stiff, tight and in pain. The atmosphere is the only positive thing I can say about the experience.

Andrea was wonderful! They listened to my concerns, checked-in regularly during the appointment, and left my muscles feeling a lot more relaxed post-massage. I highly recommend them for your next massage!

Andrea clearly knows her craft well and has a solid knowledge base, applying the perfect amount of pressure throughout the session. Andrea was amazing. I’ve had chronic shoulder pain from an injury in October 20 24 and within 15 minutes of our session, I wondered why I had not come in sooner. I already have a greater range of mobility in my arms, and I’m looking forward to going back.

Andrea worked a miracle. I’ve had neck and trap pain for years and no massage therapist or chiropractor has been able to release the tension. Andrea did and I felt immediate relief. I will be going back and highly recommend her.
