Mimi is incredible! I’ve been going to her for a while now and I always leave her salon extremely happy. She is so kind, supportive and most importantly cares about her clients. Her work speaks for itself. I’ve gotten so many compliments and referred many people to her. She is truly the best!!

Edit to add: This colorist does not know how to care for lace front front wigs. One of the issue’s is that she doesn’t understand that hand tied lace front wigs are very delicate and need to be handled with care or it will tangle. You cannot wash a wig in the same manner you would wash a regular clients hair. I don’t expect a refund I just ask that next time she doesn’t insist she is capable of caring for a human hair wig without first further educating her self. Original post: I asked Mimi to do a highlighted balayage on my wig and she ended up damaging the unit. She didn’t even attempt to tone the hair and left it very tangled. Mimi does an excellent job on my hair every time. She has been styling my hair for almost 20 years. She’s very professional & personable. I’ve even referred family & friends to her. I highly recommend her.

This was truly an awful experience. I showed up on time for my appointment. Another person was there asking her to do a cut and color. She took them (they did not have an appointment and were a random walk in) and agreed to a cut and told me to wait, it would only be 20 minutes. I waited 30 minutes (she was still doing the haircut) and then she started mixing color. So without talking to me she decided to now color this persons hair too. So I left to get a coffee for 25 minutes and then came back. She was still doing their color, now an HOUR past my appointment time. When I asked how long it would be since I’d already now been waiting a long time she said I could be patient or leave. so I left without her ever doing my hair color I have never seen anything like this and cannot stress eno
