MiMi Nails & Spa

This place has been doing my eyebrows since high school (with the exception of leaving for college and only visiting them from time to time). They are never very happy to do my eyebrows and never come across very friendly. The last time they did my eyebrows, I was burned/ had my skin pulled off. (This has happened before, but this last time I finally decided to take a photo). Everyone told me to say something at the time, but I brushed it off and let it heal with scar cream. I have thick dark eyebrows and they wax them very well, so it wasn’t worth complaining about. As a girl, you know how it feels to have your one trusted place, (which mimis was for me). With all of this being said, the only time they are nice to me is when I leave the building and they see my tip amount🤦‍♀️ So jump for

My wife had a french powder manicure on October 7 2023. 5 days later they were cracking and coming off. She returned and they blew her off. She tried and then wrote a review. They quickly deleted it. A complete disaster business. Go elsewhere.

I made an appointment for a manicure and pedicure. When I arrived, the technician was sitting in a pedicure chair. She looked annoyed that I disturbed her break. She said very little to me; she communicated by tapping my leg or pulling on my foot. The pedicure was fine although the technician kept making comments to her coworker and she seemed to be in a hurry. The manicure also seemed rushed. She used less lotion or conditioner than I felt comfortable with. Three hours after I went home, I washed my hands and all of the nails on my right hand became smudged. I was very disappointed.

I’ve had great service from all people in Mimi‘s had SNS, Pedicures. And I’ve been pleased with their service and quality. There are other locations near me that are not doing nearly the good job that Mimi is This photo is my nails after three weeks

Now that Vivian and Tina are there, I will give MiMi's 5 stars! Excited to be at a new salon with Vivian!
