Collins Barber Shop

I took our Grandson in for a haircut. When I greeted and asked the Barber how he was, he answered as good as I can be for having to be at work. When he finished cutting he asked how I liked the cut and I nicely asked him to even up over the ears. He immediately told me that I insulted him after 45 years of cutting hair and that the hair over ears was perfectly even. I told him that he should not to ask a Customer if everything was OK if he really doesn't want to know. He told us to get lost. Do the pictures look even to you?

My son and I came in for some haircuts and beard trim for me. I was used to a different shop and had been looking for one closer to home. Both me and my son had to go get our hair fixed after the haircut. My fade wasn't blended in several spots and missed spots behind my ears. My son didn't have his front touched at all and looked horrible. Guy was friendly but I think due to having a line was in a rush. I am used to a beard trim with scissors and straight razor and he just took it up in the comb and used an electric razor no guard. A bit shorter than I usually keep it but it will grow back. I am more upset with what my son got. I was able to get the place we took him to blend it in but in all I paid 60 for the first haircuts and another 60. Eddie is the only Barber myself and my two boys will ever use as long as he is in business. I can't say enough great things about him or his ability to cut hair. Excellent Barber.

WOW your customers would laugh at a person that has a mental illness!! I did not set your price you charged what you wanted and I would have paid what you felt was fair. My husband is not very picky, he rarely speaks at all, due to being autistic. My husband was very lucky that he held a job that he never had to speak with the public or Co workers. He's a smart man but extremely quiet. He held that job for more than 40 years, retiring, and doing very well. My husband's hair is very thick and grows extremely fast. Yes I did hold off sending him for a cut about every 2 to 3 weeks. But all you had to say was you would prefer him to come more often. Would have been an easy fix. I can hardly believe you feel it's justified to abuse a person with a mental illness. You definitely know how to cut
