Mimi Nails

I went here to get my gel X nails removed, I asked if they did upon coming inside and they said yes, and then one of the ladies gave the worst attitude and rolled her eyes at my nails, It just made it a really uncomfortable situation. All the other ladies were really nice though. Upon getting my regular manicure, I realized they didn’t sterilize their tools so I asked not to use any of the metal tooling on my nails. Would not come back to this establishment.

Had a really bad fingernail infection (paronychia) right after I got my nails done, and it has been almost a week, not healing at all. (And it’s freaking hurt) Been here so many times, really upset about the unsanitary issue. Didn’t see any proper tools sanitation, also the lady came in when I was doing my nails, she has the worst foot callus I’ve ever seen, pile of skin was just on the floor and Mimi throw it without sanitize the floor. When they’re busy with pedicures section, they just throw the tools, nail file on the floor, no wonder I got infection, first time in my life. Btw the gel pedicure only last 2 days. Quality issue concerned, when the sun up, those polish just exposed in the sun from the window. Please be aware! Never going back 😔

Please do not go here, it’s very unsanitary I did not see proper sterilization. The lady was using a old used up nail file on me. I was getting an acrylic nails removed she tried removing it with a Metro card then a cuticle cutter, she cut me really bad, she then wanted me to dip my bloody finger in dirty acetone, I refused because it looked like she has been using it for a while. She then continued to file down my bloody mail with her old nail filer. She put a silk extension to cover up the wound. Beware beware

I got a French gel mani-pedi from Mimi! She was very patient and did a lovely job for my wedding nails :)

After being extremely dissatisfied with another nail salon closer to my house I tried several in the neighborhood. I settled on Mimi‘s as the best. She is super friendly and welcoming. She makes sure that her employees do a good job and I’m always satisfied with my results. One time my toenail chipped after about a week and I went back they fixed it without question, no charge. I will never go anywhere else in the neighborhood!
