Just had my first sport massage. Patrick was very professional, worked very tight parts of my body and I feel great! I will definitely go back.

Clean and professional massage services. I learned about Patrick from getting physical therapy at Spear LIC. Helped focus on specific pains and issues I’m having due to my knee injury. I’ve gotten my pain levels down so much, and very grateful for his expertise. I like the explanations too of why we’re working on certain areas and how that helps healing. Thank you!

Patrick is a very professional, attentive, and knowledgeable massage therapist. I have a history of injuries / muscle imbalances and Patrick just knows exactly where to work on and how much pressure to apply. I come to Patrick regularly and it has made me feel so much stronger in my workouts and my daily activities. I honestly think everyone would benefit from his massage, but would especially recommend for athletes and active individuals!

Best massage I’ve ever had. I have had many injuries and been to numerous people for massages. Patrick knows exactly how to relieve pain to help speed up recovery. One massage from him was more beneficial than 10 from other places. His place is extremely clean and convenient. Would highly recommend!
