I moved here from Boston a few years ago and finding a nail tech I trust was very difficult & a MUST—then I found Justin, and I haven’t gone to anyone else since. He has continuously done an amazing job on my nails every single time. His talent is unmatched, his attention to detail is next level, and his work is always flawless! Justin truly does exceptional work and takes such pride in what he does, and it shows in every set. If you’re looking for someone who is incredibly skilled and consistent, Justin is the nail tech. Highly, highly recommend

Came in for a polish change and they just threw the polish on no clean up or anything . Told me the reason it look like this is because I need a pedicure . Not true I’ve gotten my toes done plenty of times without a pedicure and it never looked a mess. They refused to clean around the toe with acetone or even fix them . Kept pushing a pedicure

If I could leave no stars I would absolutely do that. The service was disgusting. I came in for a soak off and because they were lazy the RIPPED OFF MY NAILS and destroyed my real nails They did not listen when I asked to stop and that it is physically hurting me I was trying to trust the process and be polite but at the last nail I told her to stop touching me because when she finally was willing to use foil I told her not to because she cut my real nail and it will burn, she did not listen and I had to pull my hands back. She after that was telling my friend that they ripped them off because it was FASTER. But I don’t remember complaining about the time or being asked to begin with. I stayed to get a pedicure because I didn’t want to disappoint my sister in law but I would not recommend

I went alongside my 12 year old daughter time get acrylics and pedicures. The ladies doing our pedicures were excellent and did an amazing job. Amy was super nice and took care of me. Our pedicures turned out great. My daughters acrylics turned out really cute and exactly what she wanted. My nails are cute but could've been better. I'm used to nail techs that pay attention to detail and take their time. My tech was rushing through unfortunately. Still turned out cute for my last minute event. I'll definitely return for pedicures, not sure about manicures for me.

Horrible. I came on there yesterday for a pedicure an hour and some change before they closed and immediately was met with a lady who had an attitude because she had to do another pedicure. She was rough and didn’t even give me the full experience that I paid for because she wanted to go home. Then the color I chose wasn’t the right color and once I expressed that to her, she immediately caught an attitude and wanted to argue with me. Then she left and someone else repainted me toes but went over the last color with the new color instead of starting over. My toes are now different colors and the bottom of my feet are sore from how rough the lady was. The manager or owner, eventually stayed to assist me . We spent over $80 there and the customer service was HORRIBLE. Never going there again
